Mr. Mike Botting,
Non-Executive Chairman

Mr. Botting, a Melbourne-based consulting mining engineer with a strong understanding of the Tasmania Mine, is currently employed by mining consultant Mining One Pty Ltd. He has over 26 years of underground and open pit mining experience and has worked at senior mine management levels in Western Australia, Victoria and Queensland with both mining companies and mining contractors.  Mike has extensive experience in project and contract management including contractual issues and estimation of rates for underground and open pit operations.  He was previously a non-executive Director of Greater Bendigo Gold Mines Ltd.

Mr. Nigel Webb,
Non-Executive Director

Mr. Webb has over 25 years of operational experience in the underground mining industry.  He is the Managing Director of Webb Mining Services, a substantial private company providing mining and civil contracting services.

Mr. Kevin John Perrin, CPA
Non-Executive Director (aged 60)

Mr. Perrin was appointed to the board in February 2006 and is Chair of the Company’s Audit and Risk Management Committee. Mr. Perrin is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) and since 1975 has been a partner in the Ballarat firm of CPA’s, Prowse Perrin & Twomey, conducting an accounting, taxation, audit and financial advisory practice.

He has been a director and shareholder of Prowse Perrin & Twomey Investment Services Pty. Ltd., an independent investment advisory firm holding an Australian Financial Services Licence, since 1990. Prior to that time he held a personal Securities Dealers Licence and was a member of the Stock Exchange of Ballarat Limited.

During the past three years, Mr. Perrin has also served as a director of the following company:
