Mr. William (Bill) Colvin, BSc (Eng) Mining, ARSM, ICAEW
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Colvin is a mining engineer and chartered accountant who has held various senior corporate and operational roles with RGC/Goldfields and MPI/Leviathan Resources during a career of 25 years. He has been General Manager of both the Stawell and Henty underground gold mines, as well as holding the role of General Manager – Group Operations for Goldfields until the merger with Delta Gold Ltd in 2002.

Mr. Brian David Coulter, B.Com, FCPA, ACIS
Company Secretary
Mr. Coulter has worked in the mining industry, both in Australia and overseas, for more than 40 years, including MIM Holdings Limited/Xstrata, Newcrest Mining Limited, Denehurst Limited and CRA Limited and its London based parent at the time, Rio Tinto Zinc Corporation. Mr. Coulter has extensive experience in all corporate financial and administration areas, including statutory reporting, company secretarial, budgeting, financial analysis, and the evaluation of investment opportunities.

Mr. Peter Robert Thompson, B.Sc, M.Sc, M.AusIMM
General Manager, Exploration
Mr Thompson has gained extensive and relevant experience in both exploration and mining during a successful career of more than 20 years. Previously employed by St Barbara Limited as General Manager Exploration, Mr Thompson has also held senior exploration roles with Jubilee Mines NL, Anaconda Nickel Ltd and Western Mining Corporation. In addition to being responsible for the discovery of several nickel and gold deposits, he has extensive corporate development experience.

Mr. Richard Keith Holder, BE (Hons) Metallurgy, Dip.Bus.Man, F.AusIMM (CP)
Tasmania Mine General Manager
Mr Holder has more than 18 years experience in the Australian and PNG mining industry. Having commenced work at the Tasmania Mine in 1999, he has been responsible for the operations of the ore treatment plant since 2000 and is credited with delivering consistent operating performance from the bacterial oxidation circuit and a significant improvement in recovery. Mr Holder assumed the role of General Manager in April 2008.
